Support Services

FranServe provides an extensive array of support services designed to help our consultants get the help and resources they need to effectively operate and grow their business.

Personal Coaching and Mentoring:

Each new consultant is assigned an experienced Franchise Consultant who will provide one on one personal coaching and mentoring on all aspects of the Franchise Consulting business. The mentor will provide a high level of personal support plus “on the job” training to further reinforce what the new consultant learned in Phase I training and to further the new consultant’s understanding and implementation of the FranServe Placement Process and Methodology.

Mentoring Workshops / Mastermind Groups:

Consultants will be assigned to a mentoring team where they will attend regularly scheduled virtual workshops chaired by an experienced Franchise Consultant which will also be attended by other consultants. The workshops will be a round table format with each consultant discussing their experiences and challenges encountered in their consulting practice. The workshop chairs will provide advice plus guidance on industry best practices. They will also ensure each consultant understands where his/her candidates are within the FranServe Placement Process; they are implementing the identified key activities in each phase and have full knowledge of the tools and resources available to accomplish the key activities.

FranServe Connect:

A consultant forum for communicating and collaborating with the entire network of FranServe Consultants.

Trainers Forum:

Consultants will have on going access to all the trainers for one on one consultation.

Support Staff:

FranServe provides ongoing support from our dedicated support staff members.

Support Center:

Back office support site with industry leading franchise search and matching functionality which helps our consultants identify the best franchise for their clients, a proprietary client and lead management system designed specifically for Franchise Consulting, hours of training recordings, forms, scripts, presentations, reference material, consultant tools plus complete details and reference material on each franchise in our inventory.

FranServe Conference and Expo:

Each year FranServe hosts a national conference bringing together our consultants and business partners. Consultants will attend presentations and breakout sessions plus engage in networking activities. Venues have included New York City, Las Vegas, Orlando and Nashville.
