    Alesia has 20 years of experience as a President & CEO, driving organizational development and taking companies to the next level, both domestically and internationally. An author, professional speaker, and entrepreneur, her motto in life is “Work hard, play hard, help others, repeat.” Alesia’s entered the franchise space when she began training as a FranServe Consultant while serving as the President & CEO of an international career transition firm. After quickly becoming a FranServe Top Producer, Alesia eventually had the opportunity to acquire FranServe. She leaned on her executive experience and her fran-tastic team to grow FranServe into what it is now: the world’s largest franchise consulting /broker organization.

    Highly active in the International Franchise Association (IFA), Alesia is on the Board of the Diversity Institute, the VetFran Committee, the Legal Legislative Committee, and the IFA Membership Committee. She travels to Washington DC every year to speak with legislators on the laws impacting franchising and small business ownership. She also serves on the Board of Advisors at the Titus Center for Franchising at Palm Beach University. There, she influences and helps educate college students who will receive a Concentrating in Franchising. Consistently recognized by the franchise community, Alesia has been named a “Top Influencer in Franchising” by 1981/Samba year after year. She was also named to the Leadership Council for the National Small Business Association (NSBA) in 2024.

    In 2024, Inc. Magazine recognized FranServe as One of the Fastest Growing Companies in America. Inc states: “Research shows their growth makes them disrupters. They’re formidable–and they have a lot of wisdom to share.”

    A true entrepreneur, Alesia acquired the struggling start up publication, Franchise Dictionary Magazine shortly after it was formed, and turned it around in record time. The magazine is now one of the leading sources of information that potential franchise owners and new franchisees turn to for information and advice. It receives praises and accolades by experts throughout the industry.

    Her desire to ‘give back,’ and her philanthropic activities include developing FranAid, an arm of FranServe that responsibly shares FranServe’s financial success with some of the world’s extraordinary organization including Freedom Service Dogs of America, VetFran, Susan G. Komen, WIRES, and more.

    Despite her business savvy, Alesia is a true nerd and trademarked FranServe’s tag line: Franchising Is Our Superpower™ She and her team have been spotted at franchise events wearing superhero capes and she proudly celebrates National Superhero Day (April 28) each year!

    Passionate about giving people the opportunity to take control of their future, she never loses sight of her mission: to help others achieve their dreams of business ownership through franchising, and to train and support the industry’s best franchise consultants .

    During his senior year at Virginia Tech (V.P.I.), David began his career in franchising as the manager of two 7-Eleven stores. Throughout his 17-year career with the Southland Corp., he served as the Zone Sales Manager for the Southeast Division (VA and NC) and later as the District Manager of the Tidewater region.

    In 2002, David accepted a position as National Director of Sales Training for the retail division of Electric Mobility Corp., a medical mobility products manufacturer headquartered in Sewell, NJ. During his tenure with Electric Mobility he interfaced with both medical and non-medical professionals until the company closed in 2012. The combined skills and experience from these two industries provided a solid platform for his career with FranServe which he joined as a Broker/Consultant in December of 2012.

    In March of 2014, David was offered and accepted the position of Franchise Development Director; a position he held until November of 2016 when he was promoted to Vice President of Franchise Development of FranServe. In October of 2018, David became an officer of the company and accepted the position of Chief Franchise Expansion Officer, a position he holds to this day. In this role, he and the various members of his department oversee the initial engagement and day-to-day franchisor relations of all of the franchise brands in the FranServe portfolio which totals 800-plus individual franchise brands in 39 different industry categories.

    25+ years in management roles at Fortune 500 companies provided Jerry the foundation he’d need to later help others to achieve their business goals. He quickly became a Top Producer after joining FranServe as a franchise consultant in 2012. The following year, he became part of the FranServe Training and Development Team, and has since helped countless consultants become successful.

    Now, he serves as a trainer, a mentor, and also as a facilitator for FranServe’s Power Teams. His compassion and desire to see others achieve drives him to share his techniques and best practices with both new and experienced consultants.

  • Don Clayton, CAFC

    Vice President of Talent Acquisition

    Don has spent the last 20+ years helping others achieve their dream of becoming an entrepreneur. He left corporate America in 2002 as the VP of Sales for a medical publishing firm and began his entrepreneurship journey by starting a business broker firm.  He sold his firm and joined FranServe as a franchise consultant in 2012. He quickly developed a passion to make sure FranServe continues to be the industry’s best franchise consulting organization operating today.

    Don is also highly involved in his local community serving as a past President of the Rotary Club of Sanford, NC, Public Address Announcer for local high school sports, Sports broadcaster on local TV and radio stations but most importantly he enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 kids and Boxer dog along with an occasional round of golf or tennis match.

    Don knows exactly what it takes to be successful as a franchise consultant ensuring only the most qualified consultants join the FranServe family.

    Rose has a fervor for digital publishing! Her vision for FranServe’s monthly publication, FDM (Franchise Dictionary Magazine) is to showcase each franchise and tell their story. “We want to provide future franchisees with a clear direction on how to make their dreams come true!” Rose joined the FDM team shortly after Alesia Visconti purchased the struggling magazine. Together they turned the magazine around from failing to being one of the most respected, top publications in the industry! Rose’s prior experience includes being the VP of Publishing/Chief Editor at Maine Publishing Corp where she established and built five publications. Her extensive digital media experience comes from a long tenure with Yahoo.

    Joan’s passion for Franchising began in 2014 when she joined FranServe as a Consultant. She built a successful Consulting practice working with Career-Changers and CEO’s looking to diversity their investments. As FranServe grew, Joan joined the Franchise Expansion and Executive Teams to drive new initiatives and innovative opportunities for Franchisors. Her outside the box thinking is a welcomed contribution to the team and Franchisor partners alike.

    Now, Joan enjoys contributing to the growth of brands both domestically and Internationally and utilizing FranServe resources, and Franchising Experts to make an impact in the Franchising Industry while bringing FranServe to new heights.

As Administrative Service Director, Lina leads her team in providing the utmost support to FranServe’s partners.

    Vice President of Franchise Development

    Ray spent 30+ years in the technology and commercial real estate industries working for IBM, Microsoft, Walmart, and Starbucks. He took on roles in sales and corporate real estate site selection. In 2021 Ray came to FranServe and built a strong consulting business. Now, Ray is using his passion to help others succeed to vet, add and maintain brands for the FranServe portfolio.

    Brad is a third-generation entrepreneur with a 25-year track record of business ownership. His time as a multi-unit franchise owner has given him a real-world understanding of franchise operations.

    Joining FranServe in 2014, Brad assisted aspiring entrepreneurs navigate the franchise landscape as an affiliate FranServe Franchise Consultant. His passion for that role led him to becoming a member of the FranServe Talent Acquisition Team in 2020. Now Brad helps others explore and join the FranServe Family as an affiliate FranServe Franchise Consultant!

  • Tom Quinn, CFC

    Director, Talent Acquisition

    Tom worked in the high-tech/software industry for 20 years where he was the recipient of many Presidential and Top Sales Awards. He left the comfort of a W-2 career and invested in his own franchise which he owned for 5 years. He eventually sold his franchise and returned to large global enterprise software sales yet still had the desire to be an Entrepreneur. In 2019, he joined FranServe and as a Franchise Consultant to help others realize their dreams of becoming a business owner. He currently is a member of the FranServe Talent Acquisition Team. With over 10 years of franchise experience, Tom shares his franchise ownership experience, his franchise consulting experience, his corporate experience, and his decision to leave the security of a W-2 paycheck with others that are looking to invest in themselves and become a Franchise Consultant with FranServe Inc.

    Supplier Relationship Manager / Brand Liaison

    Melissa joined FranServe Inc. in 2020 as a Brand Liaison providing top notch customer service to hundreds of FranServe’s franchisors. She brings a wealth of experience in both the finance and real estate industries.  A licensed real estate agent for over 20 years, Melissa also has experience with investment and property management. Since joining FranServe she has worked as an Executive Coordinator, a Payroll Administrator, and is now the Supplier Relationship Manager where she is building a robust portfolio of suppliers to benefit our franchisors.  

  • Amanda Dempsey

    Amanda D. Dempsey, Esq. is a shareholder at Saxton & Stump, and concentrates her practice on the representation of emerging and middle-market franchise brands. She assists U.S. and international franchisors and entities entering the franchise industry with all aspects of owning and operating franchise businesses, including the drafting and negotiation of franchise agreements, preparation and registration of franchise disclosure documents, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.

    Amanda also represents franchise clients in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions involving franchise businesses. Amanda also focuses on intellectual property matters including IP asset protections, portfolio management, U.S. and International trademark protection and brand development strategies.

    Bobby is an immigration attorney focusing on U.S. investment and business visas and advises and collaborates with franchise consultants in evaluating franchise businesses to determine eligibility for investment visas and green cards. Before entering private practice, Mr. Chung served as an Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review, where he assisted federal immigration judges in adjudicating immigration cases.  Mr. Chung has extensive experience representing foreign entrepreneurs in investor visa matters involving start-up franchises as well as acquiring existing franchise businesses. Based in the Los Angeles area, Mr. Chung helps clients on U.S. visa and immigration matters in all 50 State and worldwide. Mr. Chung is an active member of the California State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

    Tatyana started working as a software engineer in 1998. In 2012 she joined FranServe as a web-developer and site administrator. She provides technical assistance and support for the FranServe consultants as well as franchisors and funding partners.
