Currie: You were born into entrepreneurship. Tell us about it.

Koulouris: Grecian Gyro is Atlanta’s oldest Greek restaurant and my dad created it in 1982, so people say that I have been working at the restaurant as long as I was old enough to hold a spatula. I grew up in the restaurant world, and over the course of many years, and locations, turned it into a franchise.
