What the heck is a Franchise Consultant?
Recently my 14-year-old son was listening to an interview of a professional artist and in the interview the artist noted his most valuable advice came from his father, when his father told him to just “shine.”
Often we like to compare ourselves to others. It has been said that comparison is the thief of joy. Before the whole world was stricken by the 2020 pandemic, many W2 employees were envious of their friends and/or family members who were entrepreneurs. To them, they were free and shining brightly among the rest of the underling, controlled, caged, W2 employees.
As certified franchise consultants, we’ve recently been able to help countless furloughed, laid off, or unhappy W2 employees begin to crawl out of their shells and shine their own rays of hope and freedom. Certified franchise consultants work with everyday individuals to help them realize entrepreneurship through franchise ownership.
Certified Franchise Consultant (CFC) Dan Hayes says: “I consider myself very fortunate to be able to do what I enjoy and, at the same time, help a little corner of the world.” Every day “a little corner” of somebody’s world is changing, shining, glowing, in fact, with a new venture – franchise ownership, thanks to the support of a certified franchise consultant.
Prior to the 2020 pandemic, thousands remained envious of the bright sunlight from their entrepreneurial friends and family. However, during these unexpected times of introspection, many of these same people who were once envious are realizing one very simple truth: Don’t compare your life to others. There’s no comparison between the sun and the moon. They each shine when it’s their time.
