Helping Women Achieve Greatness

Every day, Alesia Visconti, President and CEO of FranServe, Inc., strives to empower entrepreneurs, helping them achieve their dreams through franchising. In addition to helping women build a thriving business as a FranServe Affiliate Franchise Consultant, Visconti remains committed to bringing women to the table to help make important decisions about FranServe’s operations.

“I see my executive team as a cohesive unit. We’re a powerhouse of professionals with different styles, opinions and thoughts, but we’re all rowing in the same direction, changing lives through the franchise space. Empowering women to move ahead at FranServe headquarters puts my money where my mouth is and holds me accountable! Women bring a different perspective to the table, keeping FranServe No. 1. I have never given credibility to the glass ceiling because breaking boundaries and shattering that ceiling is what superheroes do. FranServe is filled with superheroes!” Visconti said.

A few members of the FranServe team shared how their experiences shaping the world’s largest franchise consulting and expansion organization has impacted their lives.

Lina Heredia, the administrative service manager at FranServe and a member of the FranServe Executive Board, discussed the opportunities available to women.

“I take immense pride in serving on the FranServe Executive Board, owing to our exceptional culture and core values. I am deeply grateful to be a part of a team that consistently encourages me to expand my horizons and share my leadership acumen with other women. This role enables me to bestow the gift of entrepreneurship upon numerous women who remain unaware of the opportunities available in franchising,” she said.

In Heredia’s capacity, she spotlights and empowers women within the organization by inspiring them toward continued growth. “The exponential expansion franchising has experienced over recent years fuels my passion for helping more women succeed within this industry – whether through consulting ventures, establishing their own businesses or joining forward-thinking companies like FranServe,” she said.

Although Heredia has only been in franchising for three years, as a woman actively engaged in the franchise sector, she said she “relishes being able to serve as a role model for young business-minded women seeking to establish and grow successful enterprises.”

Joan Winchester has been with the FranServe organization for nine years and is currently the senior vice president of franchise expansion and a member of the FranServe Executive Board. Winchester enthusiastically noted: “The world of franchising is a playground for entrepreneurs. There is nothing more energizing than working alongside like-minded individuals who enjoy business and watching companies and brands flourish. FranServe’s executive team is a think tank where we develop strategies to help consultants and franchisors succeed. Being led by a strong female entrepreneur, Alesia Visconti, has been an experience and an education where creativity is welcomed. We strive to continually raise the bar for ourselves and our industry. It is a real privilege to be a part of it!”

FranServe sees women as an integral part of the franchise industry, ensuring robust representation from leadership to franchise consultants and the clients they empower to become outstanding women entrepreneurs.
