The first 92 days of 2024 have proven to be nothing less than extraordinary for FranServe, Inc. In addition to a record number of franchise placements equating to new entrepreneurs, FranServe has recently learned that it has been recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. for 2024. This is a prestigious recognition from Inc. magazine. The list is a ranking of companies according to the percentage growth of their annual revenue over a two year period, as explained on its website.

Inc. Media’s Special Projects Editor Eric Hagerman first informed Alesia Visconti, President and CEO of FranServe, via email about the achievement.

“Congratulations on making our 2024 Inc. Regionals List in the Northeast! And welcome to a very exclusive club! As an Inc. Regional honoree, you share a pedigree with the many notable alumni of our annual Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private businesses in America. Your company’s growth has been constant. It’s our honor to recognize your hard work and positive impact,” he stated.

On receiving this honor, Visconti praised the FranServe team.

“This is a team recognition. I’m the face of the company, and sure, I steer the ship, but it’s really everyone at FranServe who has made this happen! I had ‘The FranServe Family™’ trademarked, and when you think about it, who else would want that except us? But I paid to have it trademarked because it means so much to me. When you are working collectively as a unified entity, you can go both far and fast,” explained Visconti. “I don’t have to hire and rehire/train for the same positions. My dream team, as I call them, are loyal and invaluable in the success of our company. We have the best franchise consultants in the business, and we do everything possible to support them. Combine that with brands who practice responsible franchising, and there’s no limit to the growth we’ll all have. We are all on the same side, wearing the same jerseys. As Harry Truman once said, ‘It’s amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.’”
