WHAT THE HECK IS A FRANCHISE CONSULTANT?
“If you want to go fast, go by yourself. If you want to go far, go with a team” is a quote from Mike Halpern a CFC (Certified Franchise Consultant) with FranServe, Inc. Mike is absolutely right. Think about the Summer Olympics in Paris. The fastest people on the planet race alone and they race fast. But they don’t go far – usually 100 meters or thereabouts. This is called a sprint. Yet, think about relays in running and swimming. It’s a sense of pace and teamwork that only one can achieve in a collective team atmosphere.
Pivot to franchising. The very same thing can be said about business ownership. You can run fast and independently. It’s all on you – a heavy burden to carry by yourself. Or you can choose to invest in a proven concept with a team of people who are dedicated to your success in ownership. As you’ve probably heard it said, teamwork makes the dream work, and as FranServe’s second core value – Teamwork Gets Results!
This is one of many strategies franchise consultants use in their daily consultation with people who want to own their own business. They educate on the importance of validation in choosing the right team to join!
Franchise consulting can be a fun and very rewarding business for those who have a desire to help others seeking a team to join in franchising. Franchise consulting is a flexible work-from-home business. For many, it has been the perfect choice where they can change lives and change generations all without the restrictions of a territory!
