SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Assisted Living Locators, a nationwide senior placement and referral service and member of the Evive Brands family, hosted its 2025 National Conference from April 28-30 at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. This year’s racing-themed event, “ALLCON Fran Prix National Conference,” brought together 100 plus franchisees for exclusive insights, workshops and strategies to drive business success.
“Our annual conference is a cornerstone event for our franchisees, providing a platform to connect, collaborate and elevate their businesses,” said Felicia Sanders, brand leader and president of Assisted Living Locators. “Our event energized and equipped our franchisees with the resources they need to achieve sustained growth and add impact.”
The three-day event featured breakout sessions focused on franchise growth, skill development and collaboration with industry experts and fellow franchisees. Attendees gained valuable insights from keynote speaker Brian Browne, president of Dementia Care Education and a research consultant to the Cleveland Clinic. His presentation delivered practical, research-based strategies to enhance dementia care education and improve senior care services across the franchise network.
As part of the conference, franchisees participated in an Alzheimer’s fundraising event at Octane Raceway on April 29. The “High Octane Raceway” night combined high-speed kart racing with a charitable mission, as $10 from every ticket sold was donated to the Alzheimer’s Association to support families affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia.
“This event embodied the spirit of our franchisees, combining passion, energy and purpose to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families,” Sanders said. “We are proud to rally our network behind such an important cause.”
The conference concluded with an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding franchisees for their dedication, innovation and impact within the Assisted Living Locators network. Categories included:
Franchisee of the Year: Marcus and Chrissy Moser, Naples, FL
Rising Star of the Year: Danelle Neudecker, Bloomington, MN
Rookie of the Year: Kailee Olson, Duluth, MN
Most Improved Franchise: Jennifer McAndrews, Annapolis, MD
