The annual FranServe Convention and Expo, held July 20-23 at Walt Disney World’s Yacht Club Resort in Orlando, Florida, was the organization’s most successful event to date. With the theme “Big Roars, Bigger Rewards,” the event featured a welcome reception, exclusive training seminars, dinner and fireworks at EPCOT, expert panels, a costume contest and even a dinosaur race!
Like previous conventions, careful planning kept consultants moving through the sessions. This year, six teams, represented by colors, were led by captains and co-captains who are experienced FranServe consultants. To capture the energy of the 2025 convention, each team leader shared a highlight from the event.
Our FranServe convention never disappoints! My favorite day is always Sunday when the experts share knowledge and strategies on how to improve our business. Getting to know our Zors and forming relationships with them always helps me to strategize for my second half of the year, and talking to my fellow brokers gives me takeaways on how I can do things better. The icing on the cake is the fabulous networking at the fun events, winning prizes and walking away pumped up and ready to work!
– Denise Kraemer, AiTris Consulting, Yellow Team captain and awarded as the Most Engaged Team
From leading the Purple Team to winning the costume contest, enjoying amazing food, fireworks and learning from top consultants and franchisors, our time at the Disney resort was pure magic!
– Dawn Zeien, Eureka Franchise Consulting, Purple Team co-captain
This year’s FranServe Convention was once again an exceptional event filled with valuable networking, learning, and connection. As the Franchise Sisters, Shari and I were honored to serve as team leads and especially appreciated the one-on-one time with franchisors during the expo – an incredible opportunity to dive deeper into their brands and hear their passion firsthand.
– Pam Currie and Shari Currie-Skjoldager, Franchise Intellect, Checkered Team co-captains
One of our favorite moments was connecting in person with the brand founders and development directors we’ve been working closely with. Getting to know them on a deeper level strengthened our partnerships and reinforced the trust that’s so important as we guide candidates through the franchise discovery process. These relationships are key to building a strong, successful consulting business.
– Gail and Rich Mithoff, Atlas Franchise Advisors, Blue Team co-captains
The annual convention is a highlight, both fun and educational. Attending the breakout sessions informs, energizes and propels our business for the next year. Meeting the FranServe Leadership Team, spending time cultivating relationships with the franchisors and developing friendships with other consultants are some benefits of going to the convention.
– Kevin and Sherri Laleman, Franchise Opportunity Advisors, Red Team co-captains
The convention was another remarkable event, but what stood out most was the feeling of togetherness. With each passing year, the connection between brands and consultants grows stronger, and we’re truly becoming one big family. Through continued collaboration and the many ways we’ve gotten to know one another, the relationships we’re building go far beyond business, creating a real sense of trust, support and shared success while changing lives through franchising.
– Cindy Charette, Flourish Franchise Partners, Green Team captain
