Inspiring Success
As a highly successful real estate investor, Peter Vekselman has amassed an impressive portfolio of sales over the past two decades, completing well over 3,500 transactions and partnering with like-minded entrepreneurs across the country to help them achieve real estate success. He credits his mentors for their role in his success and through franchise consulting has found a way to inspire the success of others too.
“Early in my career I aligned myself with experienced mentors and reliable partners, which helped set the stage for my future success,” he noted.
That’s why he launched his Partner Driven Coaching Real Estate franchise in 2017, an investment vessel built to help others locate real estate opportunities in their hometown.
“I enjoy coaching other investors on real estate investment strategies,” he said.
It’s a skill that Vekselman recently applied to the world of franchising, aligning with FranServe to create VeksBuss LLC – a consulting firm that represents more than 700 leading franchise opportunities and aims to help aspiring franchisees make an informed entrance into the industry based on their current marketplace and skills.
“The goal is to help others build a secure future,” Vekselman said.
And Vekselman knows exactly how to achieve that goal. With more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, the investor has founded and launched several businesses throughout his career, including a past vending machine franchise company which he sold to a large conglomerate.
Investing and real estate education have been his main focus for decades, and Vekselman draws a parallel between that business and his role as franchise consultant.
“There are a lot of similarities between real estate education and consulting,” he said. “I operate the consulting business and the education business in a similar fashion and utilize my experience to help make franchisees successful.”
Through VeksBuss LLC, Vekselman leads clients through a five-step process: First observing their goals, objectives and business model preferences before researching more than 700 franchises based on that selection criteria. A recommendations presentation is followed by an investigation and validation process before a candidate’s final decision is made.
“We develop viable franchise recommendations for our clients based on their franchising goals, objectives, areas of interest and desired investment level, then coach, guide and mentor them through the entire franchise research and acquisition process,” Vekselman said.
His biggest challenge? Making that initial connection and then teaching franchisees how to grow.
“Finding the right fit is the hardest part,” Vekselman said. “But once that initial connection is made, the process is simple. Franchises bring peace of mind to new business owners who are learning to navigate the waters of entrepreneurship for the first time. We utilize the franchise model to guide them and show the way.”
Over the past two years Vekselman has connected close to 50 clients with the appropriate franchise – a number he hopes to build upon in the near future.
“The goal is to scale this business and expand upon it over the next several years,” he said. “I enjoy helping others find success.”
