“In 2014, after serving 20 years as President of an international careers company, I left to become a Franchise Consultant at FranServe, Inc. I am often asked why I did that.
Truthfully, I was pretty disgusted at how Corporate America was treating people: everything from age discrimination, to women returning from maternity leave being invisible, to disrespect to veterans trying to return to civilian life.
It drained me.
So I started looking for *something else* that would leave people better off. I put keywords into Google & eventually, “franchise consulting” came up. I did my due diligence & joined FranServe hands down.
Two years later I got offered the opportunity to purchase the company — an immediately agreed!

Highly active in the International Franchise Association (IFA), Alesia is on the Diversity Board, the VetFran Committee, the Legal Legislative Committee, the Supplier Advisory Board, and the IFA Membership Committee. She travels to Washington DC annually to speak with legislators on the laws impacting franchising and small business ownership. She was appointed to the Broker Task Force to help with legislation impacting third party sellers. Alesia also serves on the Board of Advisors at the Titus Center for Franchising at Palm Beach University and is on the Leadership Council for the National Small Business Association (NSBA). Consistently recognized by the franchise community, Alesia has been named a “Top Influencer in Franchising” year after year.
In both 2025 & 2024, INC. Magazine named FranServe as One of the Fastest Growing Companies in America. INC states: “Research shows their growth makes them disrupters.”
Philanthropic activities include sharing FranServe’s financial success with organizations including Freedom Service Dogs of America, VetFran, The Franchise Ascension Initiative, Susan G. Komen, and more.
In 2025, she released her book on Amazon — “The Pink Tsunami: Women’s Rise in Franchising.” The book is the first of its kind, outlining the multitude of ways women can enter into the world of franchising.
Despite her business savvy, Alesia is a true nerd and trademarked FranServe’s tag line: Franchising Is Our Superpower™. She and her team have been spotted at franchise events wearing superhero capes and she proudly celebrates National Superhero Day (April 28) each year!
