  • Alesia Visconti, CFC

    Chief Executive Officer & President

    Alesia has 20 years of experience as a President & CEO, driving organizational development and taking companies to the next level, both domestically and internationally. An author, professional speaker, and entrepreneur, her motto in life is “Work hard, play hard, help others, repeat.” Alesia’s entered the franchise space when she began training as a FranServe consultant while serving as the President & CEO of an international career transition firm. After quickly becoming a FranServe Top Producer, Alesia eventually had the opportunity to acquire FranServe. She leaned on her executive experience to grow FranServe into the world’s largest franchise consulting organization.

    Highly active in the International Franchise Association (IFA), Alesia is on the Board of the Diversity Institute, the VetFran Committee, the Legal Legislative Committee, and the IFA Membership Committee. She travels to Washington DC every year to speak with legislators on the laws impacting franchising and small business ownership.

    A true entrepreneur, Alesia acquired the struggling start up publication, Franchise Dictionary Magazine shortly after it was formed, and turned it around in record time. The magazine is now one of the leading sources of information that potential franchise owners and new franchisees turn to for information and advice. It receives praises and accolades by experts throughout the franchise industry.

    During his senior year at Virginia Tech (V.P.I.), David began his career in franchising as the manager of two 7-Eleven stores. 17 years and over 100 stores later, David accepted a position as National Director of Sales Training for the retail division of Electric Mobility Corp., a medical mobility products manufacturer headquartered in Sewell, NJ.

    For the next 11 years, he interfaced with both medical and non-medical professionals until the company closed in 2012. The combined skills and experience from these two industries provided a solid platform for his career as VP of Franchise Development for FranServe.

    25+ years in management roles at Fortune 500 companies provided Jerry the foundation he’d need to later help others to achieve their business goals. He quickly became a Top Producer after joining FranServe as a franchise consultant in 2012. The following year, he became part of the FranServe Training and Development Team, and has since helped countless consultants become successful.

    Now, he serves as a trainer, a mentor, and also as a facilitator for FranServe’s Power Teams. His compassion and desire to see others achieve drives him to share his techniques and best practices with both new and experienced consultants.

  • Jason O'Brien, CFC

    Executive Vice President

    With over 25 years of progressive leadership experience, Jason has held multiple senior level positions within various industries. Upon joining FranServe Inc. as a Franchise Consultant in 2013, Jason quickly found his passion in helping others realize their business goals. To further his knowledge in franchising, Jason applied his business knowledge and learned the franchisor side of the business. In 2016 while still operating his franchise consulting business, he became the President and Chief Executive Officer for Bio-One Inc. Jason rapidly developed the company from an Emerging Brand to growing Bio-One to become the largest Crime and Trauma Scene Cleaning Franchise in the world. He brings his passion and leadership to FranServe’s continuous growth and success!

  • Don Clayton, CFC

    Vice President of Talent Acquisition

    Don has spent the last 15+ years helping others achieve their dream of becoming an entrepreneur. He began in 2001 as a business broker and joined FranServe as a franchise consultant in 2012. He quickly became a Top Producer and developed a passion to make sure FranServe continues to be the industry’s best franchise consulting organization operating today.

    Don knows exactly what it takes to be successful as a franchise consultant, which is why he accepted the position of VP of Talent Acquisition, ensuring only the most qualified consultants join the FranServe family.

  • Joan Winchester, CFC

    Senior Vice President of Franchise Expansion

    Joan entered the franchising Industry in 2014, after working with people in career transition for 15 years. She built a strong franchise consulting practice with FranServe and then developed a brand development division where she led a team to develop sales and prospect generation campaigns for franchisors in the home improvement, advertising, publishing, fast casual, retail and business services industries.

    Now, Joan’s passion is assisting franchisors reach their franchise development goals. She travels around the country representing FranServe at industry shows and events, and connects with brands to help them expand and grow.

  • Ari O’Brien, CFC

    Vice President of Franchise Expansion

    In 2019 while attending her first FranServe Convention, Ari found her calling and quickly realized that business ownership was her destiny! Without hesitation (well maybe just a little!), she left behind her corporate job of 15 years to join her husband as a FranServe Franchise Consultant — and she has never looked back! Within a short period of time Ari became a Top Producer helping countless emerging brands expand — and changing the lives of new entrepreneurs. In addition to Franchise Consulting, Ari has always had a passion in helping others succeed. In 2020 she became a FranServe Power Team Facilitator as well as a New Consultant Mentor. As VP of Franchise Development, Ari now helps brands grow on a much larger scale!

    Director of Strategic Initiatives

    Joining FranServe in 2017, Michele has implemented and streamlined protocols necessary to support the tremendous growth FranServe has experienced. Her tenacious, “we can do this” attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed has become a true asset to the FranServe Team. Her prior experience includes training & managing a nation-wide virtual sales team. Her niche is in motivating and helping others achieve their success.

  • Amanda Dempsey


    Amanda D. Dempsey, Esq. is a shareholder at Saxton & Stump, and concentrates her practice on the representation of emerging and middle-market franchise brands. She assists U.S. and international franchisors and entities entering the franchise industry with all aspects of owning and operating franchise businesses, including the drafting and negotiation of franchise agreements, preparation and registration of franchise disclosure documents, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.

    Amanda also represents franchise clients in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions involving franchise businesses. Amanda also focuses on intellectual property matters including IP asset protections, portfolio management, U.S. and International trademark protection and brand development strategies.

    Charles N. Internicola, Esq. is the founder of The Internicola Law Firm, P.C., a nationally recognized franchise law firm that serves as go-to franchise counsel for over 200 startup, emerging, and growth focused franchise brands.

    Charles’ practice is exclusively limited to franchise law, franchise development, and best practices driven franchise counsel. Charles is relied on by national brands for strategic representation at each stage of the franchise growth cycle from start-up through private equity and winning exit strategies. Charles is also an entrepreneur directly involved in the investment, incubation, and growth of franchise brands.

    Charles is the co-founder of FranX a franchise growth accelerator that includes franchise development conferences, education, and networking through a 1,500+ member Franchise Growth Mastermind Community. Charles is also a frequent lecturer and he is the publisher of numerous franchise compliance and registration guides that are relied on by franchisors and franchise law firms across the country. Charles’ publications and advice is relied on as the leading go-to resource within the franchise industry.

  • Bobby C. Chung – Immigration Attorney

    Bobby is an immigration attorney focusing on U.S. investment and business visas and advises and collaborates with franchise consultants in evaluating franchise businesses to determine eligibility for investment visas and green cards. Before entering private practice, Mr. Chung served as an Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review, where he assisted federal immigration judges in adjudicating immigration cases.  Mr. Chung has extensive experience representing foreign entrepreneurs in investor visa matters involving start-up franchises as well as acquiring existing franchise businesses. Based in the Los Angeles area, Mr. Chung helps clients on U.S. visa and immigration matters in all 50 State and worldwide. Mr. Chung is an active member of the California State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

  • Tatyana Stemkovski

    Tatyana Stemkovski, CFC

    Technical Assistant

    Tatyana started working as a software engineer in 1998. In 2012 she joined FranServe as a web-developer and site administrator. She provides technical assistance and support for the FranServe consultants as well as franchisors and funding partners.
